1 Story Model Instructions
(See also pg. 8-9 in student book.) 1) Read about EQ technologies in your
student books p. 8-9. 2) Watch the video. 3) Construct your 1 story model. Today in STEM session, students build off of the control model experiments from yesterday, but added weight to the structures by placing a heavy book on top of each model for the tests on our shake table. The book represented weight that is added to structures from additional architectural features, furniture, industrial materials, people, etc. After observations, students repeated the same process from Tuesday, drafting grid documents & discussing analyzation of the experiment, then documenting using the Educreations app. Students who finished early watched a tutorial on how to construct their VERY OWN single story structure and began building!

They've had some sort of terrible electrical malfunction that has stopped the assembly line and another problem is causing the chocolates to melt!
